What can I do to
avoid COVID-19?
1.Practice frequent and
proper handwashing (minimum of 20 seconds with soap and water
2.Ensure that you have
adequate supply of food, water, soap, hand sanitizers, and face
masks
3. Avoid crowded places
and unnecessary movement
4. If going out is
absolutely necessary, make sure to make proper arrangements
with your employer
5. Keep updated with and
follow local guidelines on community quarantines, lockdowns, and
other safety measures
What are the symptoms
of COVID-19?
Any or combination of the following:
1. Cough
2. Fever (above 37.3C or
99.14F)
3.Difficulty of breathing
AND
A. History of close
interaction with a COVID-19 positive person; or
B. Travel history (within
the last 2 weeks) to a country, city or region reporting
transmission of COVID-19
I think I have
COVID-19 based on my symptoms, what should I do?
1. Remain
calm and practice self-quarantine (avoid public places and
unnecessary contact, especially with elderly people)
2. Always wear a face
mask, but loosen or remove it if it is severely affecting your
breathing
3. Keep the Embassy

employer and/or recruitment agency on seeking medical help as soon
